• After booking, you will be requested to complete a short online form with your personal details and upload a government-approved ID. This is a mandatory requirement for all guests.
• Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancellations are made at least 14 days prior to check-in.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival. Parties and events are not permitted on the property.
• The property may not be used for commercial purposes, including filming or photoshoots.
• While we truly love pets, our property is not suitable for them, so we are unable to accommodate pets at this time.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
